Family Pottery Taster Class

Come get creative and have fun with the kids... You will use Hand-building techniques like pinch pots and coiling to learn how to make mugs and bowls and then for the second half, experience the exciting thrill of the wheel!

Your workshop price includes all required supplies. We'll even have one of our apron's ready to go for you!

Anyone aged 5 & over is welcome to join, however only kids 8 and above can use the wheel independently. Anyone under the age of 16 also must be accompanied by an adult who is also taking the class.

This class is designed to give you a taster of the experience of ceramics. No pieces are included, however if you wish to keep one of your creations, we can professionally finish and fire it, as well as apply our studio white glaze which is food safe and dishwasher friendly. Costed at $25 per piece.

Note: Glazing takes roughly 4 weeks. We will then email you when they are ready for collection. If you do not return to pick up your pottery within a month of the pick up date, we'll donate it to those in need in our community.

Cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your session starts and you'll incur no fee..yay!

Street parking is available, but, we're superrrr close to major bus stops, so getting here via public transport is easy peasy.
